PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment has scheduled a public hearing for Thursday September 24, 2020 at 8:30 a.m. at the St. Croix County Government Center, 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, Wisconsin, to consider the following request under the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance. The Board may view the site in question, after which the Board will deliberate and vote on the request.

CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT:

LOCATION:                  Part of Sec. 36 T29N R15W, Town of Springfield

REQUEST:              To modify a Conditional Use Permit for a Non-Metallic Mining Operation (Wilson Quarry) approved under Section 17.15 (6) (8) to change monitoring well sampling events from quarterly to annually pursuant to St. Croix County Code of Ordinances: Chapter 14 (Non-Metallic Mining), Section 14.2 A. 8.
