NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The St. Croix County Community Development Committee will be conducting a public hearing on Thursday, October 15, 2020 at 5:00 p.m., at the St. Croix County Government Center, County Board Room, 1101 Carmichael Rd., Hudson, Wisconsin, to consider the following application:

REZONING

APPLICANT:       Phillip Vaillancourt

LOCATION:              The NE and NW ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 31, Township 31N, Range 18W, Town of Star Prairie

ADDRESS:              1835 Raleigh Road, New Richmond, WI  54017

REQUEST:              To rezone 71.70 acres from the R-1 Residential Zoning District to the R-2 Residential Zoning District, pursuant to Chapter 15.545 of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance.
