The St. Croix County Community Development Committee will be conducting a public hearing on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at 5:00 p.m., at the St. Croix County Government Center, County Board Room, 1101 Carmichael Rd., Hudson, Wisconsin, to consider the following petition(s):

SETBACK REDUCTION

ADDRESS:                      954 218th Ave., Somerset WI 54025

REQUEST:                      To reduce the structure setback on the lot from 100 feet to 50 feet along 218th Avenue pursuant to Section 13.10 B. 1. of the St. Croix County Land Division Ordinance.
